Ranch Hand Supply was founded in 2005 by Ronald E. Macon. Age 47
After growing up on a small farm in the foot hills of the North Carolina mountains with 3 mean sisters [sorry girls, smooch], working at my Dad's Oliver/White farm equipment dealership, holding various Tech/Mgr. positions and owning an automotive & light truck repair shop mixed with welding, tractors, hitches, trailer repair etc...in Virginia Beach, VA. for 12 years.
I have now decided to add the Jinma line to our repair shop buisness. We are a repair shop that sells Aig and construction products ........ not a seller and by the way we have a repair shop. We are located in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA near the Southeast Virginia & North Carolina state line.
We have simple business ethics that we follow:

We do it for what we said we would do it for
and we simply stand behind it.
The Jinma manufactured tractors and implements we represent are what we feel fits the needs and budgets for an individual that needs to improve and maintain their property, till their land or care for their livestock, with an affordable tractor that is easily serviced with an affordable price.
We import all our tractors in a crate. This does two things, we can get more product in a shipping container [saves on freight charges] and allows us to take advantage of inspecting and adjusting the complete tractor during the assembly process before it is delivered to you. We do not try to offer you the lowest price on a Jinma tractor but, do offer you one of the best serviced and preped Jinma tractors you will find backed with a warranty and technical assistance for our local and non local sales.
We offer several aftermarket upgrades that can be purchased with the sale or after.
The information that I have on this Web Site about the way we service and maintain a Jinma tractor comes from my own personal experience and opinion from being in the mechanical repair/service field my whole life. Just like others have their own personal opinion and experience. Hopefully some of the info will help you on your tractor/Dealer search and how to care for your Jinma. I want you to have a good tractor long after the warranty has expired.
