Constant Flow Hydraulic kits
Jinma 200 series tractor (200,204,254,284).
Note: We need to know if you have a metal hydraulic line connecting to the bottom of the 3 point lift valve or a rubber hydraulic hose when ordering.The lever that you use to raise and lower the rear 3 point lift is connected to the 3 point lift valve.
And for ALL the Jinma 300 Series (305, 354) tractors with the 3 cylinder engine only. We need to know if you have ONE control lever on the 3 point lift control valve or Two levers that you use to raise and lower the rear 3 point lift.
All parts will be included in the kit with a instruction guide with pictures.
No drilling, grinding or welding required . Basic hand tools needed and metric of coarse.
The kit will include one male and one female hydraulic quick connect to attach to the hoses on/off of the attachment being operated. Example; the two hoses coming from the wood splitter.
All the hoses / fittings are standard JIC. (any hydraulic shop can make replacements if ever needed). We are using a good quality 2 wire hydraulic hose.
This kit gives you a rear hydraulic quick connect that provides a constant hydraulic flow to operate a wood splitter, backhoe, a wood chipper with hydraulic feed etc ....
This kit is not for operating a dump trailer, one or two way hyd cylinders, etc.......
This kit will fill the gap when you don't need to spend the money or need a valve on the fender that will operate two way cylinders.
*Save by prep & painting the mounting bracket yourself.
Takes less than a 1/2 spray paint can. We put a primer coat on first after prepping the metal. Add NP to the end of the part number.
