** Dyno Tuned & Tested Tractors **

We believe a good Tractor starts with a Great Pre Delivery Service and Assembly.......

 no matter what makes it.

We don't  say we Prep and Service your Jinma tractor just to make a sale ..... we DO IT!!!

Purchasing assembled does not mean the tractor has been properly serviced.

Do your research, it does make a difference.

*PTO Performance;

PTO performance is measured at several different

power levels and speeds, but for comparison purposes

between tractors, the data most farmers are

interested in is maximum power at rated engine

speed. This is the highest power level that the tractor

can sustain over a long term, and is measured in

horsepower or its metric equivalent, kilowatts.

It's worthwhile to note that newer tractors usually

have an operating range which includes maximum

power at a speed lower than rated. Also, with modern

high torque/constant power engines, the power

at rated PTO speed is usually very similar to the

power at the rated engine speed.

Rated Engine Speed: The speed at which the engine manufacturer says the engine can function indefinitely.

Dynamometer: A loading device used to test tractor performance.

With a PTO tractor Dyno we are able to do several things.

1) The engine will be broken in when you receive it (piston rings seated).
2) We will be able to load the engine to achieve full field operating temperature.
3) Ensuring the engine performs at different loads and RPM's.
4) Ensuring the governor's work in the injection pump.
5) Ensuring the engines cooling system is operating properly.
6) Ensuring the PTO clutch and PTO drive train holds a load.
7) Ensuring the engine will take a load.
8) The list goes on and on.........

Consider your money, time, warranty, capability's, shipping and cost of materials when you look at your purchasing price. These are good little tractors if they have been gone over. Somebody has to do it.

We have not listed all the things we adjust and service to your tractor.

If you have been reading the tractor boards about the problems that some have had, then you will understand that when we say that we feel that most of those repairs are and will be prevented on the tractors we sell because of our
PDSA

Shown below are a partial group of pictures and a partial list of services that we perform to help show that we mean what we say.

All factory oils are drained and upgraded to US oils.

Engine oil , 15W40

Hydraulic Oil,  AW32

Gear Oil, 80w90 GL5

Power Steering,  AW32

Injection Pump Oil, 15W40

The Clutch Pedal is inspected and adjusted for proper bearing clearance & clutch pedal travel & PTO operation. Four Adjustments. ( we find all of them out of adjustment).

Brake pedals are inspected and adjusted for proper brake pedal travel & operation.

Brake linings are inspected.

Hydraulic system is inspected, Pressure Tested and adjusted for proper operation and operator hydraulic adjustments
 are operational.

Engine cooling system is filled with 50/50 Distilled Water and a Low Silicate Antifreeze.

Fuel Tank, Lines, Bowl and Screens cleaned.

Fuel tank flushed with diesel prior to installation.

Battery Charged, Load Tested and Anti- Corrosion pads installed on Battery Post.

Check differential lock actuator operation.

Check all electrical systems cables and wire routings.

All instruments and gauges operational.  Chassis grounds cleaned.

Steering function and toe in.

Injection timing.

Hand and foot throttle operation.

Drain fuel injection pump housing oil sump and refill 10w40.

Sliding seat track lubed.

Tire Pressure set.

and more.....................

Lubricants

Most all will agree that the Oil Lubricants that come in the tractors from the factory are not as good as U.S. oil lubricants. That is why we replace all the oils.

We recommend that you stay with a good quality oil and keep gear oil in gear boxes, hydraulic oil in the hydraulics, diesel engine oil in a diesel engine etc.

The diesel engine fuel injection pump comes with engine oil in the sump for lubrication and cooling. We recommend that you keep engine oil in the injection pump when you perform your oil service. Use the same oil that you put in the engine. The reason is..... the pump was designed to be lubricated with engine oil. A good quality U.S. diesel oil has all the detergents and additives needed to lubricate and care for the pump.

For the ones that do not know.... a lot of injection pumps on  larger diesel engines do not have a separate oil sump....it is supplied oil from the engine's oil system/pump pressure.  It is not uncommon for farmers & tractor  mechanics to expect to get 5000 hours before they have to go into an engine for repair or rebuild. A lot of attention is paid to engine break-in also so correct lubricants are used and kept on maintenance program.

Another tid bit,  good clean quality diesel fuel plays a big factor in how long the injectors and pump will last.

We will put the tractor up on jack stands straight out of the crate before we start our PDSA. Other than making it easier to service.....it allows us to inspect, turn, rotate, clean, adjust, service and operate the complete tractor as we assemble.

Once the tractor is assembled, we will then let the engine idle while it is on jack stands until it reaches operating temperature. We then let it run at different engine RPM'S, while operating the hydraulics, steering, 4X4, shift through all transmission speeds, PTO and inspect for leaks.

All electrical ground connections are cleaned and an anti corrosion paste is applied.

The charging System is checked (with a free standing unit) for proper Volts and Amps with the electrical system loaded and unloaded. A starter draw test is performed. A check for static battery drain is done. The electrical system is checked, lights, gauges, etc.... Battery is charged/checked and load tested while assembly is taking place and more..........

Once the tractors are fully assembled we run it on our PTO Dyno.

First we will seat the piston rings ( break the engine in). Then we start our Dyno test and tune procedure at the manufacturers rated engine speed. (Rated Engine Speed: The speed at which the engine manufacturer says the engine can function indefinitely.)

While performing this test any and all adjustments or repairs are made if found.

Running a tractor on a PTO Dyno really puts the test to a tractor. One could almost look at it as ....... if it lived through the Dyno test , IT'S A GOOD ONE !.

Please note that when you receive your new tractor it will not have zero hours on the meter. The clock is ticking while we are performing the final stages of the PDSA and depending on the hours the factory put on the clock .

 We will put at least

 2 hours on hour meter.

We feel that giving your new tractor the opportunity to run, and having all levers, switches and systems exercised and checked, Dyno tested will give you a good tractor from a good dealer that has been professionally assembled and tested .

Thank you for considering
