I asked Dickey H. a long time hay farmer located in Chesapeake Virginia if he would test one of our serviced Jinma 354LE's tractor with the TY395E1, 3 cylinder diesel engine, 35 PTO horse power to bale hay. He kindly said he would.
We performed our standard PDSA that we do to all our Jinma tractors we import prior to the customer taking delivery.
The tires/rims were set a the widest setting to allow for a more stable / safer tractor.
The rear tires were loaded with water and antifreeze.
Tire pressures were adjusted to meet load and field condition.
The factory front suit case weights were used.
His general comments;
I like the wide foot print [tires] and the low profile [center of gravity].
It had plenty of power in the thicker hay wind rows.
I baled in 3rd gear, low range averaging 1500 -1800 rpms.
Baled right at 600 bales.
Ronald, they ain't nothing wrong with that tractor..... how much did you say you sell these for?
A Special thanks Dickey for testing our Jinma tractor !.
