One year parts and labor warranty for local sales.
One year parts only warranty for non local sales.

Warranty does not include wear items.
Labor credit for non local sales.

Jinma Products come with a one year factory DEFECTIVE parts warranty from the date of sale....no labor.

Damaged parts due to negligence, modification, acts of God, or misuse are not covered.

You may be required to return the defective part to Ranch Hand Supply and/or submit a picture, prior to receiving replacement part.

Factory warranty does not cover repair or diagnostic labor.

Ranch Hand Supply will offer you technical assistance at no charge even after the warranty has expired.

Ranch Hand Supply will ship the warranted part to your residence or the repair shop of your choice.

We only supply warrantee parts to who purchased new from Ranch Hand Supply.

Buyer is solely responsible for shipping cost of parts, and the transportation of tractor or implements.

We stock parts and have other sources through out the USA, plus our direct connection with the Jinma factory in China .

Ranch Hand Supply will do whatever we can to locate a part for you if we don't have it in stock.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you cannot perform warranty and general repairs to you're new Jinma Product, and/or do not have a local repair shop......then maybe Jinma is not for you?  We will provide technical assistance to you or you're repair shop if needed.
